Information we collect
Contact form. When you send us a message we collect your name, email address and the content of your message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and to provide the services you ask about. Your message is emailed to our team and a copy is stored securely in our website system.
Website analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, the type of device used and the country visitors come from. This information is collected in aggregate and does not tell us who you are. We do not use it for advertising.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to keep the site secure and working.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We only set analytics cookies if you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website: our hosting provider (Hostinger), our email provider, and Google (for analytics, only if you accept). Some of these providers may process information outside Sri Lanka, under their own safeguards.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records, and then delete them. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 and, for visitors in the UK or EU, the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to its use, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
